Compact design to reduce wind resistance, the top of the board is concave to maximize comfort and control over the board. The bottom is precisely tuned with concave with side V's, combined with a strong nose rocker to soften collisions with the water when the board hits the water. The edges are high and inverted to reduce wind resistance when the board meets the water when edging hard upwind. The board has a narrow outline and a recessed deck that provides increased control.
